It is nothing but a simple rating system. In example you familiar with Windows 7 media player right ?
When you play musics via that media player you have noticed that there were some star icons in each music lines for rating the musics. That is the rich snippets that helps to build up SERP Ranking as well it will improve your search engine optimization. So it is highly recommended that you add these rich snippets .

Targeted Country
Targeted country is much important as any other things. Go to google search console and search for targeted country and make the targeted country according to much visited countries which visited your website more than any other countries.
It is also required for your earning. USA has higher CPC and CTR rating or values than any others countries. So make your targeted country according to these two factors
i) Highest Viewer
ii) Higher CPC( Cost Per Click) & CTR(Click Through Rate)

As much as your viewers write their comments on your article your article will constantly be active in the search engines. It will also level up your rankings in google and any other search engines so basically it is good to have a comment section in your website so that you will the flaws in your article and you can resolve them.

Final and very last point but not the least is that TRAFFIC . Yes you heard it correctly. You need to have a decent amount of traffic to rank up your rankings and my friend it will take time.
If you completed the upper steps that i told you then you will be getting a decent amount of traffic regularly and it will increase day by day so don't lose hope.
You can pay to get traffics in your site by using ahrefs and other ranking tools. I would recommend that you use this tools when you have learned enough about blogging or content writing and SEO optimization.
Otherwise it will be lost of money. So make a plan before you proceed into anything.
